Project Management

Our team of professional project managers is ready to assist you with your single or multi-site project, from start to finish. Members of our project management team will use your city's sign code to assist you in finding what type and size of signs you can have and where they can be located.

A typical project can take anywhere from two to six weeks to complete, and during this time our management team is constantly working with all other departments to make sure your job is on track and is being built to our high standards.

You will find our team members easy to work with, reliable and trustworthy. Depending on the scope of your project you may have the opportunity to work with various employees in different departments as we complete your job.

Sales

Our sales team works as consultants to develop a one of a kind sign program that meets an individual customer’s budget and expectations. We are innovative experts striving to provide our customers with satisfying solutions. Our salesmen would love to meet with you to choose the right type of sign for your budget and discuss the information and/or materials that you as the customer may need to provide us for your project. The signs we produce and sell provide excellent advertising and marketing for your business.

Design

The Graybeal Signs design team brings years of experience and expertise to the table. When approaching your project, their goal is to clearly convey the information that is critical for your unique customer interaction in order to develop your desired image.

Our art department works in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, so we prefer to use vectorized .EPS or .AI files. We can also use high-resolution photographs and other quality art to create your specific design.

With the help of our designer, your project manager can prepare you for the design process and work with you to choose what information is critical to your customer interaction. With our state-of-the-art digital printer, paint and vinyl capabilities our designer can create a variety of custom colors to match your pre-existing logo or image.

The graphics and images we create are outstanding advertisements for your business. We will also gladly work with your branding designer to incorporate an existing logo or art into your sign project.

Manufacturing

In our state-of-the-art facility, our manufacturers can produce any size or type of sign that our customers are able to dream up. Our products are practical and dependable components put together to create durable and integral business assets that our customers can count on.

In our vinyl department we can create anything from small signs and sandwich boards to large custom faces for lit signage. We apply vinyl graphics to various materials; the situation is different for each sign we find ourselves creating. This part of our shop also manufactures all of our hand painted and sandblasted signage. Our fabrication department handles all of the large signage including lit cabinets and electronic message displays as well as a complete sheet metal shop and CNC Router table. We also have an in-house neon department. Within our shop we also work with canopies, electric signs, LEDs, reader boards and message boards along with much more.

As innovative and dedicated craftsmen, we build the majority of our signs onsite with only the highest quality materials, ensuring that your sign will last for many years.

Installation and Service

Our installation and service department is made up of sign installers, certified electricians, and certified crane operators that are trained in the operation of the latest equipment and have the ability to install state-of the-art products. You can count on this department to provide prompt and reliable service, in a courteous manner.

Our installation and service team handles a wide variety of tasks including electrical wiring, small and large installs, and surveys and sign maintenance and repair.

Service Area

From our location in Wenatchee, Washington, our regular service area extends north to the Canadian border and south to Yakima and the Tri-Cities. East, we service Moses Lake and the surrounding area, and as far as Ellensburg, Cle Elum and Roslyn to the west. The most common towns we do business within are Wenatchee, East Wenatchee, Waterville, Cashmere, Leavenworth, Chelan, Manson, Pateros, Brewster, Twisp, Okanogan, Omak, Winthrop, Republic, Tonasket, Oroville, Roslyn, Cle Elum, Ellensburg, Quincy, Ephrata, Soap Lake, Moses Lake, and Royal City. We also service the small surrounding communities in between.

In all cases, an onsite survey must be completed by our sales personnel to access the best approach, when thinking of adding a new sign to your business location. Our sales staff and administrative personnel are experienced in working with many different jurisdictions across the Northwest. We have an in-house permit department who provide code checks that will guarantee that your project will comply with all local codes.
